Our little girl was born on January 19, 2014 with a progressive and rare disorder, BPAN, that causes seizures, developmental delays, and neurodegenerative symptoms.

Isabel’s Chance is a charitable organization founded because people always ask “what can we do?” and are eager to rally behind a cause that will literally save children’s lives.
WHAT IS BPAN?
BPAN (Beta-propeller Protein-associated Neurodegeneration) is a rare disease characterized by progressive damage to the nervous system resulting from mutations in the gene WDR45.
